The shoelace system is quick-lace, making it easy to put on and take off, and allows for easy adjustment of the fit.

The design also has an urban feel.

It is perfect for outdoor activities as well as for everyday use in town.

Merrell's traditional iconic shoes are fused with the design skills of Kazuki Kuraishi.

The shoes have a vintage feel while incorporating modern techniques and methods.

A.FOUR LABS

An experimental art project launched in the autumn/winter 2012 season by Kazuki Kuraishi and Lucas Price, an artist from Bristol, England. Based on the design concept of the uniforms Lucas wears during his creative activities, Kazuki Kuraishi adds work and street elements to complete the products. The collection, which combines basic and eccentric designs, also regularly holds exhibitions of the designer's work.

[ Kazuki Kuraishi ] Creative Director

Born in Tokyo in 1975. After studying abroad in the United States, he joined Northwear in 1996. He then became a freelancer. In 2002, he signed a contract with Adidas in Germany and participated in the launch of the trend marketing department of "Adidas Originals". He collaborated with Hiroshi Fujiwara at "Fragment Design" and launched his own brand "A4 Labs" in 2012.
