How to order

Add the item you want to your cart.
Once you have added the products to your cart, please confirm the items you want, and enter your order details, such as the notes section and desired delivery date.
Please enter your information required for product delivery during the "Purchase Procedure" process.
Please confirm and select the shipping method and choose the payment method.

Payment method

You can use credit card payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfer.
If you are ordering by bank transfer, please transfer the payment to the bank account listed in the order email or order completion screen.
*Bank transfer fees must be borne by the customer.

Regarding delivery

Normally, we will ship your order within 5 days after placing the order. (If you pay by bank transfer, we will process the shipment after confirming the transfer.)
If you would like to specify a date and time for receiving your item, please specify it in the date and time selection field in your shopping cart.

Your item will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
Please check here for shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges

As a general rule, we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
If the product you receive is damaged during shipping, is defective, or is different from the product you ordered, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
