Trevina is celebrating its 10th anniversary and now entering its 11th year.
I really owe it all to everyone who has helped me out on a daily basis.

I was having fun and before I knew it, 10 years had passed.
But there was a lot that happened in the past year.
The biggest thing was the addition of staff member Fujimoto.
From now on, we hope to work together to make this restaurant an even more interesting place.
I'll do my best for the next 10 years.
