Sweatshirt fabric, usually called fleece, has a three-layer structure of surface thread, middle thread, and back thread.
The 1947 series
The outer thread is 30-count cotton thread and the nylon thread (15 denier) is thinner than a hair.
Because the yarn is twisted cross-wise, it is several dozen times stronger.
The middle and back threads are made of Ise cotton with a thicker thread count than usual.
The textured fleece lining is full of air and feels great against the skin!
